Order Processing

Orders are processed Mon–Fri, excluding holidays.

Cutoff time: {e.g., 12:00 PM Central Time}. Orders placed after the cutoff process the next business day.
Processing time: {e.g., 1–5 business days} before shipment (pre-orders and custom items excluded).
Shipping Options & Rates
We ship from {Isabella Mo.}. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service.
Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and begin after your package has shipped.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order departs. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Address Changes
Entered the wrong address? Contact us immediately.

If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll my be able to update the address.

If it has shipped, we’re unable to reroute most packages; refunds are not guaranteed.
Delivery Issues

Marked Delivered but Not Received:

Check with household members and neighbors; 2) Look around entrances/mailrooms; 3) Wait 24 hours for a late scan.
If still missing, contact us at {tc67woodworking@gmail.com} within {e.g., 3 business days} of the delivery scan so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.

Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no movement for {e.g., 10 business days domestic }, contact us. Resolution may include a replacement or refund per carrier investigation.

Damaged Items: Please email {tc67woodworking@gmail.com} within {e.g., 48 hours} of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging and item, and a brief description. Keep all packaging while we file a claim.
Note: Weather, carrier capacity, and holiday peaks can cause delays outside our control.
Returned/Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, refusal, or unclaimed status:

We can reship to a corrected address (additional postage may apply), or

Refund the merchandise (original shipping is non-refundable; certain items may be subject to a {e.g., 10%} restocking fee if applicable).
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Estimated ship windows are shown on the product page and in your confirmation email. Your payment method is charged at checkout to reserve inventory. If your order contains in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship together when all items are available {or choose: “ship available items first”}.
Restrictions
Some items are ineligible for express services or international shipping due to size, weight, or carrier restrictions. Any such limitations are noted on product pages.
